D&D Beyond doesn't usually implement damage bonuses that are conditional. Great Weapon Master's damage bonus doesn't apply to all attacks — only to those made with the Attack action on your own turn — and there's no real way for D&D Beyond to track that.
In what other situation is the damage of my heavy weapon needed. It also doesn’t take account of Great Weapon Fighting.
Opportunity attacks would be the most obvious example, but also any other means by which you can make an attack on someone else's turn (such as the Battle Master Fighter's Commander's Strike ability) or without using the Attack action (such as casting a spell that includes a weapon attack like True Strike).

Great Weapon Master don’t add damage bonus on the character sheet, it isn’t shown, nor is it added when you roll the damage dice.
It is shown on the feat tab.
