I have the same problem. I have a friend tell me about things I need to claim, because I don’t get the subscriber emails anymore. My address is accurate and synced.
If they ever get back to me, I've tried numerous times to fix it, I'll be sure to mention I'm not the only one. A Link in your account, or the drop-down menu would get around the problem.
Have sent several requests for help over the last couple months and have not received a response. NONE!!
I no longer receive notifications and haven't for quite a while. My email is correct and synced. Nothing I do seems to make difference.
I have been a member for over 6 years and you are forcing me to think about changing leaving.
Go into your profile page and to the notification settings tab, change the checkboxes to your desired notification preference and save.
The system resets these from time to time and the default is notification by email.
Hope this helps, if not then sending a ticket might be required.

I think it’s set that way by default, as it can get pretty bad when the notification bell rings constantly for no reason.

Reset a few things including when I receive notifications. Set for tomorrow morning. We'll see if it works.
Ans still no word from Customer Nonservice.
Still no joy and still no word. Does Customer Service even exist anymore?
Over a week and no word from customer service. I don't even know if there is a ticket or awareness of my problem.
