Again, they already have. Check the contents page of the DMG. Appendix C: Tracking Sheets. There's an option to download all the sets as a single PDF (form fillable) or as individual PDFs in zip folder

I don't think that's a change, as far as I can remember those were always there on D&D Beyond. Wayback machine seems to confirm it as much as it can
