I demand that you create a setting for the forums that enables me to do the following:
a) Turn off viewing signatures.
b) Stop animated avatars from animating.
If these demands are not complied with then I will be forced to take the drastic action of keeping all posters who have obnoxiously flashing avatars and huge signatures on my Ignore list. I will also be very, very grumpy. You won't like me when I'm grumpy...

with that said, I have enabled sig and avatar hiding, you can do this by going https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/preferences and unchecking those.
With that said, you can turn off avatars fully, however we do not have any plans to disable animated avatars.
I do stuff, sometimes.
