I've built nearly 100 characters using the 2014 rules but most of them have lost all of their subclass information. I pay for the Hero Tier subscription status but everything I've worked on for my campaign has been rendered largely useless. I have no interest in the 2024 rules. If this can't be restored without paying more money then I will most certainly be leaving Dndbeyond.
All the 2014 classes and subclasses are still available to use — can you be more specific about what you mean by "lost all of their subclass information"? What exactly was lost? When did it happen?
They definitely can't be restored by paying more money. If you already own the PHB 2014 you can use it. If you were sharing from someone else's campaign and now aren't, the information should all be there still.

Just a hunch: Is this complaint about building a new character and not seeing subclasses? If so, make sure you have Legacy turned on and scroll down to the 2014 versions of the classes. The 2014 and 2024 versions are considered separate entities in the system.
