The main page loaded without issue. I needed to click on the hamburger menu to expose the login link. I would probably have the login/sign up fields exposed for first time visitors on mobile. I notice both Twitch and DNDB sites post numerous cookies that probably have to do with user and session information. Logout and re-login were painless. The Twitch login fields were cut off a little in mobile portrait.
Profile Page -
Mobile profile page looks good. Moving between preference settings (preferences, avatars, titles, etc) was tough on the phone. It would probably be better as a slider than arrows on either side of the bar.
Compendium -
Well spaced, easy to access. Typography good, legible.
Spells -
Spell filters were a bit overwhelming on mobile. Search was very good. Searching for "bolt" brought back three results: Fire Bolt, Guiding Bolt, Lightning Bolt. The expandable accordions for search results were a nice touch. Performed a search for "radiant" and there was no result. So this must be a title-only search. This makes sense, but might be difficult. I performed same search using damage type filter and worked like a charm.
Items -
Here is where things slowed down a bit. It seems like the page reloads every time a major icon is clicked. Didn't know what the "A" in the triangle meant. I think it means attunement. Also, not sure what the text colors mean: green, blue, purple, orange text/links. The "More" drop menu at the top is interesting and helpful. It is a tad bit small though. Once the "more" button is clicked, the "X" is probably superfluous. Clicking on the "more" button again does the same thing as clicking on the "X."
Monsters -
Performing a search for "dragons" yield no fruit, but removing the "s" at the end of the query term produces a number of returns. I think your search algorithm needs to be a little better or have a predictive search, as you have in the some of the filter form boxes.
Overall -
It is a great first start! I'm sure it will get better as time goes on. My focus was on the mobile experience and search. I'll probably use this with mobile and tablets the most--at least until the character builder is released. More later.
