My character is a Loxodon. I have been cursed with werewolf lycanthropy. How do I edit my character?
D&D Beyond's character builder doesn't have built-in support for this. You can use the "Extras" tab to add a stat block for the relevant were-whatever form so you have it handy.

Depending on what the elements of it are, you could make a custom feat that affects your stats too.
