IN April 2025 I notified DnDBeyond about a double payment for my account. [ subscription issue ] Many emails later i still do not have either a refund for the 2nd, made in error, subscription. Or indeed any response except for additional details, which were provided. I have asked for for a resolution in this matter and I feel like I'm being gaslighted. Is anyone else having difficulties in getting a response from Customer Service?
