It appears so frequently nowadays that I just automatically click dismiss without even reading the text. As long as it's always just ads, I'm not missing out on anything.
I wonder if this is related to dndbeyond's cookie bug that also stops character portraits from loading and prevents exporting sheets to pdf. On my home PC, where I have the rating cookie blocked, the banner mostly stays dismissed. On my work PC, where I don't have any cookie extensions installed, the banner comes back all the time. (Not that I would ever browse dndbeyond at work, of course!)
On both computer and mobile I went into my browser, chrome, and deleted all cookies. Then I went to D&D beyond. I was asked about cookies and chose cookie settings. And then hit reject all. And since then, I have not had any of the blue pop-up banners.
"Great success!"

Is there a way to disable or turn off the blue banner that frequently appears at the top of the screen? It is just advertising.
You can dismiss it, but it apparently only works on a session, meaning it keeps coming back.
I would imagine their implementation was easier to work off a session, than reappearing when the banner changes.

It has been useful to announce new products, which is it's standard use, but it would be nice not to *keep* telling me about them.
I get the "incrapification" and all of that, but yes, a once per notification would both be more impactful and less frustrating.
