I don't believe so no. It's described as a 'rough map' with details about how you can place Maerin in your own world, so I'm guessing it's meant to be described only. The "Road to Vermellion" section is pretty clear on "it's up to you to determine the path and experience".
If you need something, you can probably find some mountainous path map and add the towns to it. The nearby mountains from Candlekeep are the Cloud Peaks, so adding it there makes some sense.
