I've requested this since the "new and improved" marketplace became a thing... but why, in all the great wheel and the astral sea and the accursed far realms beyond, is there NO WAY to sort by or hide owned content!? The store front doesn't even tell you IF you own something unless you click on each item individually!? ... in the smallest font on the entire bloody page... WHY!? The tag clearly already exists in the system; it knows if you won something; it'll even stop you at checkout if you try and checkout while something you own is in your cart; there's no way to put a "hide owned content" ticker in the already existing filter system!? Or even just put a .PNG in the corner of the over-sized cover art previews!? Is this seriously so far beyond DnDBeyond's capabilities!? It's not as though this is even netting you lot any money; it's just irritating.
It's like the process to access discounts requiring contacting support on a whole other site... or acquiring "free giveaway" content requiring payment information and checkout procedures instead of one click like before... Or oh I don't know; the fact we gave up A-Le-Carte purchasing to now be sold books bit by bit instead; because that's totally different... WHY is this new system so objectively worse than the old one!?
The marketplace sells physical copies as well as digital. So they'd only be able to hide "digital only" products.
And "library" gets you your owned content, in Sources.
How would either stop this from being a feature? If for some reason I did desperately need to buy a physical version of something I already own digitally; I could always just turn the filter off again; that's the point of an option.
