I updated the app and lost my purchases. My subscription tier is correct, and I have clicked "Restore Purchases". The app only gives me the "FREE" products, but I've spent hundreds of dollars. When I navigate to the "Downloaded" tab, it shows all 25 products that I have downloaded through the years, but all of the paid products that are listed sit next to a "Go To Marketplace" button where I'm prompted to purchase the product again.
I suspect what happened is that when you had to log in, you did so with a different external site (wotc/apple/google/twitch) than you did originally, and thus made a new account. If so, your old account is still there, waiting for you to log in to it. Evidence for this is that the account you're posting from dates to the start of august this year.
It is possible the you logged in with the same site as before, and the system screwed up and made a new account for it. (That shouldn't happen, but it definitely has.) If that's the case, you're going to need to contact support (link in the page footer) to get them to sort it out.

I'm certainly willing to try the other login methods. But, honestly, I don't think I've ever used any of the other login methods.
