Im trying go create my celestial warlock and have purchased XGTE and TCOE - its allowed me a few more warlock subclases but not celestial?
The 2024 classes can only use the 2024 version of the subclasses that got updated. You either need the new PHB, or to use the 2014 warlock. (Disable core rules, or just scroll down further in class selection.) Which one depends on your DM.
