I own a particular digital product, "Tomb of Annihilation". Yet, when I look at my Library it shows as "shared" with me ... even though I own it. I learn that I own it when I try to purchase it. That's when I get the "You own this digital product" during the checkout flow.
So, either the filters are wrong, your inventory is wrong, or the workflow is wrong. In any case, trying to sort that out is maddening for a customer.

I tried to add all the books to my cart that I don't own just now. Stopped in frustration because I have to click every one of the books and wait for the "You own this" thing to show up, which is the last thing to load on the page. It is very frustrating

As a stockholder and as a customer, I'm baffled by the fact that WotC doesn't get the most fundamental concept in Marketing:
"Never make it difficult for the customer to give you money."
When we go into the marketplace, whether brought in by your advertisements, promotions, or on our own, we CANNOT filter by "things I do not own".
I can see what I own. I can see what is shared with me.
I cannot see what I don't own yet.
MAKE IT EASY.
