i had a character who was level 5, 63 hp due to lucky rolls, but after multiclassing it rerolled all my hp, because i dropped 6hp after getting a d12 addition with a +5 to hp and somehow lost 6 hp because of it so instead of getting better, i got worse, dm said to reroll and i lost another 5 hp so because of a level up i lost 12hp when it should have been impossible! fix this bullshit
There is a check box on your character home page that designates what type of hit point progression you have.
The options are Fixed and Manual. It is likely that someone either the DM or you, intentionally or accidentally has switched that dropdown to Fixed.
You know what your level 5 HP was, I'd make sure the option is correct, talk the the DM, manually roll your level 6 HP (if agreed to) and enter it manually.
Best to figure stuff out before crying BS, but I hope it works out for you and that you have a great New Year!

Ok, your DM is to blame for at least 5 of those HP points.
Now, before you jump to conspiracy...
Have you replicated this alleged glitch elsewhere?

ModeratorIf you’re rolling your max HP, that has to be tracked manually. The site just uses whatever number you tell it you’ve rolled in total.
