This limitation of only being allowed to share content across a limited 5 campaign is really annoying, I run many a game during the week... and to limit what I can do, when I'm paying a yearly subscription is quite frustrating. WotC has already removed the ability to purchase individual items from specific books. I used to always buy this in that, as needed, whether it was a spell or a race or class etc. Since then, I've both slowed way down and nearly stopped from buying anything from the Marketplace. Limiting what we can do on this platform only forces us to find other avenues. As it is now, and as an old schooler who prefers physical copies over digital (your bundles are outrageously priced)... I run three other games outside of D&D Beyond... because of these limitations. I part of a TTRPG Gaming Guild, and we're gaining traction... and we are leaning away from D&D because of these reasons and more. Open things up for us WotC. Make things more available... more accessible!
If you're running more than 5 parallel campaigns and it's not possible to stack multiple actual campaigns into 1 D&D Beyond campaign (remember, the player limit per campaign is 12), then consider getting a second sub on an alternate account. The account that enables content sharing doesn't need to be the DM, so with a "burner" account you can share in an additional 5 campaigns, meaning you can share content with an additional 55 people.
