One thing I've seen far too often here is a post that is clearly a response to some other post, but it is unclear which one. I believe this is caused by people clicking on "Reply" below the post they're responding to. While it is at times convenient to have a way to write a reply without having to scroll down to the end of the page, I think this feature is doing more harm than good by leading to numerous confusing posts. I therefore suggest getting rid of it.

The reply button also sends a notification to the person you're replying to. Not everyone wants to quote-reply.
