Is it possible to add multiple borders of different colors to a single character?

I assume the borders are used to set different "conditions" like concentration or bloodied. Is it possible to apply more than one border at a time?

The token colours are simply colours. You decide what each colour means, but you can only set one colour.

That said, they did demo a Conditions tracker system mockup on Reddit a month or two back.
