Questions About the Digital Tarokka Deck

So I have been wanting to buy the new Tarokka deck from my local hobby store when it releases for months now, but dndbeyond just showed off a new digital tool for it that says you get access when you buy it. My problem is that I only see that under the deck on the dndbeyond store and can't seem to find it elsewhere on the internet. 

Has anyone else happened to have seen it said anywhere other than dndbeyond that it will maybe have a digital code or something so that people not buying through this website can still get the digital tool?

And if not, can we get someone of authority to give clarity on the availability of said tool through other sources of purchase of the deck etc?
