So I see topics have been made over previous titles. Are more than me in the EU having issues with not getting any responses from ESW for Ravenloft Physical + Digital bundle? I have yet to receive a order confirmation or codes to redeem on D&D Beyond.
The only proof I have that I have placed orders currently, are transactions on my bankaccount and that I have the physical books in hand. What can I do now that there are no responses from ESW?
Assuming you bought it from dndstore.wizards.com, you should have received a purchase confirmation email with a link to your code. If you haven’t received that yet, it might not have charged you yet; I believe there’s an option on the site to manually submit your payment and get the code.

That's the main issue for me. I bought it and did not get a confirmation. But physical delivery worked fien. I'll check on if there is some way to submit the payment as you mentioned. Getting confirmations and receipts has worked flawlessly for many purchases before but this time around it just stopped working.
