The Living Flaming Sphere (DMLS) misses a save DC for the Spell Mimicry action!
Another one: Living Burning Hands (DMLS) does not specify the 10 average damage for (3d6) in its Spell Mimicry action
Both correct observations.
Based on the Burning Hands, it seems DC is being determined off of Con, meaning anyone trying to play the Living Flaming Sphere should apply it as DC 13. (Only noting this to help anyone running it before it gets fixed.)
