I am sure Eberron is a fantastic setting. I have no intention of ever using it though, but I would very much like to use the Artificer class. Especially, with the new subclass from Ravenloft: The Horrors Within.
However, if I want to utilize any other of the subclasses, I have to spend at least $25 (including taxes), which is ridiculous. Or, I have to adapt the subclasses from Tasha's Cauldron of Everything, which is equally ridiculous.
I, and I am sure that many other DMs and players, would appreciate an Artificer Starter Pack, just like the once on the Marketplace for the PHB classes.
So, please consider releasing a Starter Pack for the Artificer class!
The reason they may not be able to do this is that Artificer isn't in the SRD.
& that's a legal matter, not an system limitations one.

Well, I should think Wizards can do what they want with their own IP?
I'd say this is more likely because they want people to buy the full book and will bring out the Artificer pack when there's been enough time passed that they think they'll have gotten all the sales of the full book that they can.
WotC isn't bound by the SRD in what they sell on D&D Beyond.
The SRD has no impact on what can and can't be sold on D&D Beyond; that's just silly. There's tons of stuff you can buy on D&D Beyond that's not in the SRD.

I expect we're going to get 2 Tasha's 2 Furious eventually, and it'll have Artificer and the more popular or easily transplanted subclasses from all the various setting books.
Since they started selling a subpack of the Eberron species, and didn't do Artificer at the same time, I think that's a strong sign that they're not going to.
If they do release "2 Tasha's 2 Furious" (hilarious, btw!) I hope that they come out with updated Sidekick rules and actually have a Sidekick manager/creator on D&D Beyond for it.
For OP, I would agree that it would be nice to have, as it does make it closer to the à la carte purchasing we were once able to do here. I understand the reasons behind removing à la carte, but it sure was a nice way to be able to curate what material you wanted on D&D Beyond rather than needing to purchase entire books for a few subclasses or Species. But I'm sure WOTC has done the cost-benefit analysis on forcing people to purchase an entire book versus letting them buy specific things piecemeal, and this is better for them in the long term.
I am pleased with the addition of the starter packs, though! Obviously a step in the right direction.
