We could find and use the German metric conversions as the standard.

Because exactly which conversions should we use? Exact conversions, rounded conversions, close enough conversions.

If you are asking for DDB to provide a conversion button, yes that could be done pretty easy, but it would more than likely default to a multi decimal read out. someone will have to decide how many decimals are used and then they could round it off from there.

So someone should come up with how many decimals they want to use and how to round it off from there.
