There is a fundamental difference between items like The Magus class and Project Lamordia, in that the first is all new content and the second is extracted from existing content (in the case of Project Lamordia, it's from Ravenloft: The Horrors Within).
If I click on a book title in the marketplace, it tells me if I already own that book or digital content. It would be FAR less confusing if items like Project Lamordia would recognize that I own Ravenloft, and tell me that, so that I don't accidentally re-purchase content I already own. Or, maybe just on the Project Lamordia page it could say that it is content taken from Ravenloft.
I use Lamordia as an example, but this should hold true for any extracted content like this.
If the contents are duplicated from other books, that should be advertised. It's noted that some are in the Issues and Support thread here in the forums, but the Marketplace is objectively the right place to have that information. Anything less is deceptive practices by WotC.
Again, that ANYTHING is duplicated should be openly advertised on the page or it's a deceptive practice. It doesn't matter that some content is new.
Really, the Marketplace should be openly showing all the advertised content. So, for instance, the Table of Contents it links to should be displaying the names of each feat (then following the links should link back to the Marketplace unless you have access).

They updated at least part of it

I agree, it should indicate there is no difference and you are effectively only buying the three small campaigns and the four low magic player options that are not playable on DnD beyond apps nor VTT

Project Lamordia has enough differences and original content to not be "deceptive"
The ONLY duplicated stuff is Reborn(Albeit with some amazing new flavor) & Dark Gifts(Again, with a shitton of retheming), character builder-wise.
The monster stat blocks are different.
The lore is different.
So much more is different.
