While experimenting with a copy of my character, I noticed Feats and Attriubtes advancements tied with the original class when it comes to multiclassing. Can the character editor move that block so it’s tied to the total levels and not any particular class?
No. The rules have ASIs tied to class level, not character level. Classes don't gain any other features on those levels, it is something to consider when multiclassing.
But since you can’t take advantage of ASIs twice (i.e. when your second or third multiclass reaches that threshold) my read on ASIs/Feats is that they occur at total character level. I’ll experiment some more.

Apparently you can take ASIs and Feats at multi classed thresholds. I misread. Thanks for setting me straight on that, DxJxC!
