Request: Character Creation NPC toggle flag or am I missing something?

Would is be possible to create an NPC toggle flag in character creation?

When I make my toons, I would like to be able to set the name and race and their basic stats and that's all.

Or have I been missing something?

The character builder is not meant for 'NPC' creation. You'd be better off using the homebrew editor and copying a commoner (or other, appropriate NPC stat block)

The devs plan to add a monster builder that functions similar to the character builder. This will make NPCs easier.
