As DxJxC mentions, subscribers of any level have unlimited character slots. Subscription information can be found here. The primary difference between the two Tiers is that the Master Tier subscription allows for sharing unlocked official content in up to 3 campaigns (with up to 12 players each).
I dont know how this works, but could we get more character sheets space?
Subscribers have unlimited characters.
Also, not a bug.
