My Master Subscription expired on 21st August 2019 and did not automatically renew, so I manually purchased another 12 month subscription on the Marketplace.
However, on 25th August my old subscription was automatically renewed so I now have 2 active Master Subscriptions.
I am looking to have one of the subscriptions cancelled if possible, as having two simultaneous subscriptions isn't necessary.
I emailed DnDBeyond but have not got a response since Sunday, so I'm wondering if anyone here can help/or it catches their attention.

This happened to me as well. DDB support refunded me for the months that the subscriptions were going at the same time.
