Site works fine on my android ( samsung galaxy s7). Also, this forum is for feedback and beta testing on phase 1. Use general for questions on future phases. I'm sure they will release more information later.

As the title suggest do we have any indication of when we will be moving into stage two of the Beta so we can use the character building?
Also is there support for Android devices as both images of mobile devices are Apple branded?
