I don't seem to find a way to choose my two skill of the skill versatility trait.... a i missing something? I thought it should be on the race page, but it doesn't show it.
It should show on the race page, make sure you're using the base half-elf and not one of the variations. Most of the variations swap out the skill versatility for other traits.

There should be 2 drop down options under the skill versatility trait of the race tab of the character builder.
Got it! For the sea elf must be swimming speed i guess.
Yep that's it. Aquatic half-elf gets swim speed instead of skill versatility.
You can still be half sea elf using the regular half elf stats (it makes no assumption of elf heritage).
