Question about races currently not available

Hello! I was just referred here by my friend and I wanted to port over my character, but it seems like there is no Tabaxi race option available? I just needed some help doing a few level ups, am I just missing it or did I select something wrong?

Did you buy the taxi race or the book that has it on dndbeyond only the free rules are included without purchase 

It isnt a free race. You can buy it out of volo's for just 2$ or you can buy the whole book for 24$ with a coupon.

Licence and publishing laws and all that.

If you have the physical book, you can homebrew a copy of the race for personal use as long as you don't publish it.
