it'd be great if characters could be organized into folders, or at least tagged in certain ways to allow their grouping. I run a couple of campaigns and usually also track (roughly) the player's characters using D&D Beyond; it'd be handy if I could group the characters by the campaign name, or something similar without needing to use the campaign feature online.
This is even on the "short term" plans lisy on roadmap. I'd guess they will start working on this once they finish character sheets on app, then work on revamping the character builder.

The ability to organize characters is on the roadmap. No ETA as to when it'll be released but the devs are aware of the demand for it!
