Maybe I missed it... I admit entirely possible. Started checking out the spell lists and the first impressions is great! appealing to the eyes and simple. no where to add them to your own personalized list though. I'd also love to be able to print my spellbook, like the old 4e character builder could.

Yes, being able to print spell books would be great!
Also, would be cool to add spells. For instance, my DM granted my character access to a spell that's a modified mirror image, I would want to be able to add that modified version of the spell to my personalized spell book, so I'd have it ready for my character.

Yes! Having my spellbook on my phone has always been one of the most useful stuff to have! It's way easier because you can check the description quite easily to avoid mistakes.
I'd love to see this feature. On the DM side, it would be incredibly helpful to pre-select a list of spells for a spell-casting monster and have it in a mini spell book. As it stands now, I'm constantly flipping through the PHB to figure out what the spells do and it really slows down combat with spell-casting monsters.
And, since this is a wish list, the ideal would be for any spell-casting monster's entry to have a link to a mini spellbook containing its recommended/typical spells. So if I'm running an encounter on the fly, I can click on the monster's entry and the short list of its spells and their descriptions are just a click away.

Right now this is just the rules compendium. I suspect you don't have to worry - I'd be very surprised if this wasn't a feature of the character builder rolled out in phase two. Certainly seems like an essential one.
I do believe you'll have your character sheet available in D&D Beyond...so having your spellbook in there would make sense. (At least I hope so!) I think we should expect to come out in the next phase or so. Being able to personalize it, though, would be awesome!

"...Debts must always be paid, sometimes in more than blood and gold. But this is Ordo Ursa," Ren places his hand on Erakas's chest, right where the Dragonborn's heart is. "Right here. And it always has been and always will be. Don't ever forget that. Because I won't."

If this were part of phase two, I would be happy. Being able to quickly see the spells at my personal disposal would be nice.
Granted, I'm generally a Warlock. So my lists are never intense. I'd still like the availability.

I concur. This feature would be really valuable at the table.
I wholeheartedly agree!
