The Wild Magic sorcerous origin is in the Player's Handbook, which needs to be purchased in order to use in the character builder. Alternatively you can purchase the subclass individually.
The Basic Rules/SRD includes the Draconic Bloodline only.
Is there any way for you guys to add the Wild Magic Sorcerer’s Origin, since it’s in the basic handbook?
You seem to be confusing/combining basic rules and player's handbook.
The basic rules and SRD are free resources that includes several races, all PHB base classes, 1 subclass per class, about half the spells, 1 feat, and 4 backgrounds (I think).
The player's handbook is not free and includes all the free content plus 2 races, tons more subclasses, double the spells, feats, and backgrounds.
