That's because those are path feature benefits and as such, the character builder doesn't list it due it being based on a previous choice rather than a fixed level feature. No class features are listed in full at the level they're granted unless they're choices.
I’m not asking for fancy if, then statements in the coding. I’m asking for the full description as it’s written in the sourcebook so I don’t need to jump back and forth when I’m making the character.
as an example, the book holds the following, whereas the character creator only has the first paragraph:
Storm Soul
At 6th level, the storm grants you benefits even when your aura isn’t active. The benefits are based on the environment you chose for your Storm Aura.
Desert. You gain resistance to fire damage, and you don’t suffer the effects of extreme heat, as described in the Dungeon Master’s Guide. Moreover, as an action, you can touch a flammable object that isn’t being worn or carried by anyone else and set it on fire.
Sea. You gain resistance to lightning damage, and you can breathe underwater. You also gain a swimming speed of 30 feet.
Tundra. You gain resistance to cold damage, and you don’t suffer the effects of extreme cold, as described in the Dungeon Master’s Guide. Moreover, as an action, you can touch water and turn a 5-foot cube of it into ice, which melts after 1 minute. This action fails if a creature is in the cube.
Thank you very much! I’m sorry if I caused any inconvenience or confusion. I appreciate all of your (and all the staffs) hard work and dedication to this site.
We really appreciate our users challenging us to be better! 💝
Whilst we can't always promise we'll be able to improve on something that is requested, in this case I spotted an opportunity to rebuild the options to deliver a better experience. 😎
In the storm herald subclass, at levels 6 and 14, the character creator does not give a full description of the benefits gained.

The character builder just doesn't display features granted based on choices made in a different feature. The dragonborn is the same way.
It displays in the character sheet.

Yup, I understand. I'm fairly sure we can improve on this.
I figured I am done with work for the day, but could make these changes in a few minutes..... so here we go!
