In the character builder, for the cleric class there is only one divine domain - life - available and for the warlock there's only one patron - fiend - available. Request to add the others that are mentioned in the player's handbook.
You have to purchase the additional subclasses (either by purchasing the book they're contained within, or individually). Only one subclass per class is provided for free, per the basic rules.
The PHB is not free. Therefore, the content within the PHB is not free to use either. DDB lets you use free content for free, but all other content must be purchased in accordance their licencing agreement with WotC and US law. All first party content is available and supported on this platform.
