FG has a lot of things for 5e that is official content that I have not seen elsewhere as well as things I have seen. Any chance of those geting ported over to DDB? What about 3rd party things like Kobold Press being integrated, maybe as for sale homebrew?

I would guess that there will be some incorporation with DMs Guild at some point to offer this sort of thing. Can't wait!

This has been discussed before. I suspect that the big issues are the onus for building the adventures for this are probably on the author and whatever contract issues there are.

But WotC owns them.
I really doubt that legacy of the crystal shard is owned by anyone other than WotC.
You're picking out the exception. Not the rules.
That said, I wouldn't mind seeing the dndnext playtest encounters released this way, but they're not the majority of what's out there.
