I understand the tier plan. What I am worried about is that I purchased several books from the DND Beyond App (basically Google Play). I saw thr message "These DO NOT include content sharing." It made me question if the content I bought is shareable using the Master Tier. I don't want to have to repurchase the content all over again.

It means that the fact you bought a book doesn't immediately allow you to share it. You need the subscription to do so.
Yep, purchasing content through either the site or the app unlocks it on both.
It should be noted that the app only allows you to purchase the full book, while the site gives you the option of the full book, compendium only and individual listings.

If you get the players handbook in the app do you get the benefits from it on the website?

What I mean is if I get the book on the app do I get to use stuff like a crane trickster and witch bold. You know the stuff you can’t get for free
Your answer is inherent in the question. If you paid for the book, then you get it. If you don't, you don't.
