I am wondering if there is a certain syntax required for questions in chat for the Q&A. I often see the same names repeating week after week in the chosen questions and have never seen my question answered. Sometimes the same user has multiple questions answered per update.
Does it matter if you all caps the word question or if a colon is required after it? Are less detailed questions preferred for display on screen?
Perhaps BadEye is just disinclined to acquiesce to my request. Means “no”.
I'm hoping it is not because I ask dumb questions.
Typically you just need to preface your question with "QUESTION" (minus the quotations). Unfortunately - Badeye doesn't always have the opportunity to address each question. Typically question length doesn't really play a factor (unless its a super long question that might span several paragraphs). Ultimately, I'd recommend keep trying (though of course spamming is a big no-no).

But all caps for QUESTION is important I take it?
Most likely yes - it makes it very easy to spot the questions in amongst the long list of messages from all in the chat.
