yes please... been actually using this finally... and this was one of my very first "how the hell do i do ___?" moments with this feature. Looking forward to seeing it added.
Just bumping this request. Would be so useful as a player and as a DM. Would love to see this! Plus, it would be good business for the site, as many players would upgrade their subscription to create character variations.
Edit: Just caught up on the rest of the thread and realised that it's already been done! Stand down, people. :D
This feature is now live... If you go to 'Creations' >> 'My Characters' and then look at the list of your characters, for each separate character in that list, there is now a 'Copy' function next to the 'View' and 'Edit' options at the bottom of the character tile.
Can this option be extended to the DM of a campaign? I'd like to toy around with some options for my players without actually changing their character sheets (or in some cases, letting them know that I'm toying around with their character sheet because I don't actually want to change it. Just test different options). If there was way to make temporary changes that were invisible to the player and then one-click 'reset' it back the way it was, that would be fine too, but I think it's probably easier to allow a copy to be made. That way I don't have to ask the player to do that each time, add it to the campaign and then transfer the character to me.
This would also be helpful for sort of creating an archived copy of characters. If I need to manually see roughly when a change was made, I'd be able to do that. I generally trust my players, but mistakes can be made. :)
Thanks, Dave! I looked all over on the character sheets themselves, but didn’t check the main page. Funny that google still sent me to this page as the first result. At least now people will see it’s resolved. Happy to be the one to fail my INT check :)

Yes please! +1
Ass with a past. I'm not here to make friends, I'm here to play D&D and get killed.
Please make this happen
adding my +1 to this feature request.

This seems like the wrong thread for that question. If there isn't already a separate thread for it I recommended starting a new thread.
I just wanted to add that these features have been added! You can now copy characters and there is a tab for pets, mounts, and wild shape.

can you explain where the characters go when I deactivate them as i have lost people form the campaigns i run.
Deactivated characters don't go anywhere, they should just display at the bottom under 'deactivated characters'
If they're not showing up anymore in your campaign, you might have clicked 'remove' rather than deactivate.

Still a relevant request. Please add this functionality.
