Just a minor issue: the Apparatus of Kwalish is listed under the name "Apparatus of the Crab" in the magical items list, which is kind of descriptive but does not match the name in the 5e DM's guide nor the historical name of everyone's favorite metal-crab-submarine-tank-thing.

I believe this is because Kwalish is not part of the SRD. But I haven't explored that much yet.
It's Apparatus of the Crab in the SRD/OGL. Most of these names are removed from SRD, presumably to stop them from becoming open license.
