On the site, which I use most often, you can set the quantity of a potion (arrows, other one-use items) to zero. This is handy because then it stays on the equipment list and you can refer to it while the duration of the use is ongoing.
On the new app (I'm using an android phone), it doesn't appear you can adjust quantity.
