Spell descriptions have apostrophe substitution?

This may be a one-off, or it may be a class issue when comparing description text in the new mobile app versus online via the web.

The Mind Blank spell description includes a quote-mark where there should be an apostrophe:

Web: ...used to affect the target's mind or ...

App: ...used to affect the target"s mind or...
