When searching monsters using advanced filters, it doesn’t seem there’s a way to filter down to a single CR. The app requires you to define a range. So I can filter CR 5 - 6, but cannot select 5 - 5 if I just wanted to see CR 5 monsters. Not a huge deal, but a mild inconvenience when searching through for certain tier wildshape options and the like.
Also I’ve noticed throughout listings everywhere, whenever there’s a link to another listing (hyperlink to a spell, monster, condition) there’s always some text AFTER the link that’s italicized. Sometimes it’s about the same number of characters as the link, sometimes it varies. Wanted to bring it up just in case it hasn’t been yet.
Overall, VERY happy with the app, the improvements being made, and DDB in general! Thank you!
I have also found the inability to search for a single CR annoying to the point where I use other apps for encounter design. It would be nice if DnD Beyond was patched so you could select a single CR when searching monsters.
The CR filter issue is still not fixed on the iOS version of the app. This should be a simple one-or-two line change to fix what is effectively an off-by-one error.
At this point, I want to just send you guys a resume just so I can fix random bugs like these.
