Do you mean book covers on the list of the books or images inside the books?
Book covers shown on the list. Then quite a pause until it will let me scroll down the list…

I am having a similar problem, only not so localised; the whole app is slow to respond and now feels very choppy/laggy. I am on iPad Pro.
Wondering if anything is in the works for this. Really makes the app quite useless…

Just as an FYI the newest update made no improvement…
Thanks! 2.7.1 contained a fix to dice. 2.8 which is to be released within a few days (if all goes well) is going to fix the library issues.
