Currently there is no way to add a stat block to the Extras page in the mobile app. There's also no way to do it through the web page character editor. In order to add a Find Steed mount, or a Find Fey stat block, or any other familiar/companion/mount, you have to open the character page on the website and add it there.
Please add a way to add things to Extras through the app.
