Yeah me too unfortunately. Perhaps we have to link our dndbeyond accounts to the email address we used to sign up? 

They have the answer on the official feedback thread. Last page, about third or fourth post from the top, by Burnt Toast.

For anyone wondering linking your gmail to your dndbeyond through dndbeyond doesn't appear to make a difference.

I am also having this issue! Tried on my phone and laptop, only have 1 google account and even double checked that it was the one linked to my dndbeyond account. Following for the solution!
