Worked at different times and I tried to narrow it down but completed it several times it seems that you toggle inspiration it seems not to save or update.
If I go the the web version cleaned the conditions then back in again I could set conditions and it would save.
if you kill the PC it wont update anything after that point - healing etc.

If I set a condition or exhaustion and then toggle on the inspiration on my sheet it no longer saves the condition/exhaustion changes.
