I'm a teacher planning on a West Marches Campaign for 100+ students. As my students create their characters, is there a way for them to attach files to their character? Each student will fill out a "consent/trigger warning" form. Basically telling me how comfortable they are with various forms of violence and other sensitive issues. I don't want consent forms public, but I was hoping there was a place where players could "attach files" to their character sheet, so when I click on a character to load into the campaign, I can double check their consent form at any point without needing to store it to an external source. Is it already there and I am missing it?
you can just... set it up as like, a google drive file that you send to them, and have them link their form in the notes section.

Trying to get your physical content on Beyond is like going to Microsoft and saying "I have a physical Playstation disk, give me a digital Xbox version!"
Not an attachment but if you can work with just text (assuming you're set up as the DM and they're set up as players in your campaign on DDB), you/they can put it in the "Notes" tab under "Other." Anything under "Description" or "Notes" is only viewable to the player and DM.

I'm new to this...does this make sense?
Am I even in the right forum for this?

Awesome, I had this thought on the way to school this morning so glad to get confirmation, appreciate it!
