That only shows what I have purchased. I don't wanna to collate my 30+ purchases, then cross-reference with all available items I want and then figure out what's left to purchase. That's stupid amounts of work.
Is there an easy way to check what I have not unlocked so I can add it to my cart? I don't want to purchase entire books, just race and class options.
Short answer: no. Slightly longer answer: it's never going to become easier to check, only harder, so I suggest checking now; if you're only interested in race and class options, you only need to check the sourcebooks (18 at the moment), some of which you likely already own completely and some of which have very little content (Sapphire Dragon has no race or class options, so down to 17 already). Open the book, check what you don't own yet, copy that down, done. No need to collate what you own, the book in the marketplace will show you. Depending on how much you own you might be able to get this done in an hour or so, not necessarily in one go. Is that a stupid amount of work? Depends on how much you want this info.

That's a shame. I'd appreciate something like a "Races" and "Class" bundles. It'd serve the dual purpose of making this a lot easier to check and give me the option of unlocking arguably the most impactful build choices from a player perspective in a simple fashion.

Those have been brought up, might even still happen at some point, but I think it's a dificult proposition to do that many types of discounted bundles combined with temporary additional discounts and piecemeal purchases counting towards what a book would cost you.
Still, I don't think it's all that hard as is.

I disagree. I linked this earlier but you can see how I've already purchased these options (maybe from other sources?) but the bundle is still available. I can't just check which bundles I own and which I don't since I've been buying things piecemeal and some content has been released in multiple sources.
I'm literally having to go one by one and make sure I'm not paying for the same thing twice. This is ridiculous.

Content you already own is only available for purchase as a gift. There's a checkmark next to it to indicate you already own it, and if you mistakenly add it to your cart it'll tell you in red letters that you already own it and you have to manually check that you intend to buy it as a gift before you can go to checkout. How is this ridiculous?

I just bought the Feat Bundle from E:RftLW. I already owned the only feat included in this bundle. The bundle was not flagged as "Already Owned." I purchased it for myself and DnDB permitted the transaction.
Pangurjan, just let it go. It obviously says "Owned Content" but he's purposely ignoring not only your advice, but also two pictures as evidence.
My point stands, the system is poorly designed.
You're also ignoring how I was able to repurchase content I already own. It's not enough to check to see if I own the relevant bundles in each sourcebook, I need to check each individual item.
I also proved there's nothing preventing me from purchasing a bundle which unlocks me nothing. No warnings, no errors, literally nothing. If I add a bundle, but already own all the content, it'll still charged me.
That's a pretty big oversight.
My original question: Is there an easy way to do this? Answer is no.
My response: That's ridiculous and the methods ya'll are offering aren't satisfactory for a variety of reasons.

There are check marks that flag content you own though when you scroll down to see which stuff in the book you own. Grey is probably is not the best color, but the check mark is still there and pretty obvious in my opinion.
This is no different from being able to purchase game multiple times on Steam.
My original question has been well and fully answered. I have to go through each thing one at a time looking for little gray checkmarks.
I understand some users think this is a sufficient and satisfactory solution. I disagree.
I can't just buy all races/classes as a bundle because it doesn't exist. It really should.
I can't just go to each sourcebook and add all the relevant bundles to my cart because there's nothing stopping me from repurchasing content I already own. If I'm buying for myself, it should automatically remove items from my cart which I already own (ideally saving them for a later transaction). At the very least, give me a warning message of some kind.
I can't rely on bundles being marked as owned if I've bought everything piecemeal. There's really no defense for this.
The fact that other platforms might have similar issues really isn't a defense. Just because a group does something stupid doesn't make it any less stupid.
There are a myriad of ways this entire process could be improved. Just because I'm able to do something doesn't mean it's being done well.
Ya'll are welcome to be happy with the situation but I'm also welcome to disagree.
With the bundles, it's possible to purchase everything in the bundle individually and not have the bundle marked as owned. This is because you don't actually own the bundle, you own the elements of, the bundle has its own product code that is only added to your account if you purchase the bundle. Think of it like a blu-ray boxset. You can buy all the films in a series individually, but that doesn't mean you own the boxset, you don't get the cardboard sleeve.
Now, where D&D Beyond differs from boxsets is we offer credit towards the bundle if you purchase elements. It should be noted that the bundles are at a discounted price compared to the sum of the options found within, but even so, if you purchase something from a bundle, the amount you spend is credited towards a future purchase of the bundle. There is however a limit; all purchase options on the marketplace have a $1.99 minimum heuristic charge. This means if you buy enough individual elements from a bundle to get enough credit to reduce the bundles price below $1.99, it'll never actually drop below that price.
Ultimately, what this means is that it is possible to spend more on the elements of a bundle than the price of the bundle itself (for example, if you bought each race from the Races bundle of Volo's Guide individually, you could spend 12 x $1.99 = $23.88 rather than the bundle price of $8.00). It also means if you do purchase them all individually, you will still see the bundle as being available for purchase for $1.99. This is because buying the individual elements doesn't give you the license to the bundle, and the bundle has a minimum price.
These are just some limitations of how the store functions with regards to things like entitlements, transaction management, etc.
My original question has been well and fully answered. I have to go through each thing one at a time looking for little gray checkmarks.
Not exactly. Because the bundle price gets discounted with content you already own, looking at the bundle price gives you an indication of whether you own it as a bundle already or not - only in the case of bundles containing just a single item there's possible confusion, but "going through each thing one at a time" is not much effort when here's only thing.
Whatever. Reasons have been given for why the system is set up as it is; you can certainly feel those reasons aren't convincing, but the reasons are there nonetheless. I don't think the amount of work it'll take you to go through everything is really an issue, but on that too you can certainly disagree. Either way, good luck with it.

No reasons have been given for why the system is the way it is. Explaining how the system works isn’t a defense of the system.
The closest we get to an explanation is Davyd’s reply which still is mostly explaining how the system works. Reading between the lines a bit, my guess is DDB is suffering either from limitations in its platform or made certain decisions for their convenience at the expense of user experience.
Saying, “Things are this way because of limitations in our platform,” is an answer I can accept. It doesn’t really address my points of how the marketplace should function, but at least there is an implication that yea, things could be better and these might be good ideas but we can’t achieve that with our current system. It wouldn’t change my mind about what should be done but I’d appreciate the honesty, accept the answer, and move on.
But maybe what’s really being said is, “We realize this is inconvenient to users but have determined our needs are more important and this isn’t worth the time/effort/money to fix for the portion of users who experience issues.” This is not acceptable.
What I consider to be the answer to my original question: Check the price of each bundle in each book. If it’s $1.99 then I either already own all the content or the price won’t be reduced further and I should get the bundle instead of making more individual purchases. Either way, I still have to check if I own the bundle contents.
My secondary argument, the marketplace should be improved, stands.
I should be able to search for specific items or bundles, not just what I can find with a Ctrl+F on the current page.
Bundles (and books) should be flagged as “Purchased” once you’ve purchased all the items and/or be purchasable for $0 once you’ve paid full price.
At checkout it should be impossible (or at least warn me) when purchasing content which won’t unlock anything new before charging me twice for the same item.
And there really should be an easy way to add multiple items from various sources to your cart at once (such as all race/subrace/class bundles).
If anyone feels the need to comment further, please at least respond to my actual points about how the system should be rather than simply repeating how it is. For the third and final time, my original question is answered.
Final thoughts: This whole thing was resolved about eight posts in. I’m not completely sure what points people thought they were making since, again, they’re mostly talking about how things work not how they should work which was my complaint. A lot of replies are patronizing, diminishing, and dismissing some very real flaws in the marketplace I pointed out, starting with how bundles are handled when content is purchased individually.
Is there an easy way to check what I have not unlocked so I can add it to my cart? I don't want to purchase entire books, just race and class options.
I've been buying things in mixed fashion. Sometimes complete books. Sometimes just race/subclass bundles. Sometimes just single options.
At this point I can't tell what I own and don't unless I try creating a character and realize there's an option I don't see or can't select.

You can't have race/class only bundles because that's not how the content is sold. It is sold according to the source material.
If you have already purchased 1 (or more) race out of a list in a book, then the bundle for the rest of the races is discounted. See below image:
